My vendor list is an important resource for my clients and also for me. I try to keep it updated as people retire, go out of business, or I hear that they are no longer doing a great job. Is there someone that did a great job for you in the past year that you would recommend to other home owners or buyers? A plumber who came to the rescue? A decorator who chose the most perfect paint color? A contractor who came in under budget? A handyman who fixed that thing you’ve been ignoring for months?

Or maybe your hero isn’t home-related but you think everyone could benefit from their expertise—-a CPA, a dry cleaner, a florist, a mechanic, a dog trainer.
